The Ultimate Chiefs Mini-Fan Experience

1. Information on how to enter the promotion forms part of the conditions of entry. Entry into the promotion is deemed as acceptance of its terms and conditions.

2. Entry is only open to New Zealand Primary and Intermediate Schools with students between Years 1-8.

3. Conditions of entry: Participants must complete the Microsoft Form and upload a photo or image of their Chiefs supporter’s sign.

4. Participation in the Promotion is limited to one entry per child.

5. Platinum Homes (the “Promoter”), its employees, participating agents, and their associated agencies are ineligible to enter. The Promoter reserves the right to verify the validity of entries. <family members?>

6. Promotion Period: The promotion commences at 10:00 am on Tuesday, 18 March 2025, and closes at 11:59 pm on Tuesday, 22 April 2025. Entries received after this closing time will be ineligible for entry.

7. Winner Selection:

• The winner of the Promotion will be selected by 24 April 2025, by an independent panel of judge(s).
• The judge(s)’ decision is final.
• Attempts will be made to notify the winner by phone using the contact telephone number provided at entry submission.
• If the Promoter, after making reasonable efforts, is unable to contact the winner before 12:00 pm on 30 April 2025, the prize will be forfeited, and an alternative winner may be selected by the judge(s).
• The Promoter’s decision is final, and no correspondence will be entered into.

8. Prizes:

• One winner will be selected.
• The winner will receive – Six tickets for the Chiefs vs Moana Pasifika game (24 May 2025) for them and their family, plus the following for their school/classroom:
• $1,500 of sports equipment for their school.
• Chiefs merchandise for their classroom.
• A class trip to Waikato Stadium for an exclusive behind-the-scenes tour and the Chiefs Captain’s Run on 23 May 2025. Parental consent for the trip is the responsibility of the winner’s school and must be obtained from each student attending before the trip takes place. The Promoter is responsible for the following costs associated with the prize, including (where applicable) transport, entry fees, meal costs, , insurance - all other incidentals are the responsibility of each student.

9. The Promoter reserves the right to substitute the prize, in whole or in part, with a prize of equal or greater value.

10. The Promoter assumes no responsibility for:

• Any error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, or delay in operation or transmission.
• Any communications line failure, theft, destruction, or unauthorized access to or alteration of entries.
• Any injury or damage to participants or any other person’s computer related to or resulting from participation in or downloading any materials for this promotion.

11. Neither the Promoter nor any other person or party associated with this promotion shall be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever suffered, including but not limited to indirect or consequential loss or personal injury, in connection with either participation in this promotion or with any prizes offered.

12. Privacy & Data Collection:

• The Promoter collects entrants’ personal information to conduct the promotion.
• If the information requested is not provided, the entrant may not participate in the promotion.
• Acceptance of the prize is deemed consent for the Promoter to use the winner’s details and photographs for promotional and media purposes without further reference, payment, or other compensation to the entrant.

13. Photo Submission & Permissions:

• All individuals (including students) featured in the entry photo must have given their consent to be photographed and shown publicly.
• Participants agree that by entering this Promotion, they grant Platinum Homes an irrevocable, perpetual, royalty-free license to use the submitted content as it may so determine, including on its social media platforms.
